RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Absolutely NO Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Wigs.
Only exchanges on virgin hair bundles, hair products, or hair accessories within 3 days, if unused, unworn, and unaltered in any way, shape, or form.
Exchanges must be returned in the original and resalable condition. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Any exchange request not received within the time frame stated above will be deemed nonexchangeable.
Here are some FAQ in regards to our return policy:
1. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Please e-mail us at divasalonva@gmail.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your order back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Any used or manipulated merchandise will NOT be exchanged.
Note: Please ship your order via a trackable shipping option WITH signature confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?
We will exchange any unused virgin hair bundles, hair products, and/or hair accessories within 3 days of the date that you received your order.
3. WHY ARE HAIR PRODUCTS NON-EXCHANGEABLE IF USED?
Virgin hair bundles are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other virgin hair bundles suppliers do not allow returns/exchanges of used items for the same reasons.
4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
If the items were shipped wrong or there is a quality issues, the seller pays for shipping. For any other reason, the buyer pays the shipping fee.
